從企業經營與策略的角度，融合個案、理論、實務，並解說電子商務與網路行銷的樣貌，包括電子商務的基本概念、Web 2.0、商業模式、基礎建設、付費系統、安全機制、倫理與法律議題、另著眼於不同企業型態之網路經營策略，以及從策略到行動所需之數位化轉型，最後探討網路行銷的基本概念與網路行銷規劃，接著介紹網路行銷的核心-網路行銷組合(產品、定價、通路、推廣)，最後則探討行動商務與網路行銷。 Regarding the enterprise operating and strategies, this course integrates cases, theories, and practical activities to introduce E-commerce and internet marketing. The basic concepts of E-commerce, Web 2.0, business models, infrastructure, payment systems, securities, ethics and law issues are discussed. Otherwise, considering the different internet operating strategies for the different enterprise models and the necessary digital transition results from the strategy to the action process, the basic concepts and the planning of internet marketing are also discussed. After that, we investigate the core of internet marketing- the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion). At the end of the lecture, we study mobile commerce and internet marketing.
