遊程規劃必須由基礎的觀光與休閒、遊憩資源的探索、研究與規劃著手，而規劃 是一門實務操作的課程，舉凡生活上的食、衣、住、行、育、樂、健、美、天文 、地理、人文、環境等各方面的知識都需要涉獵，屬於綜合性的社會科學，理論 和實務並重。 藉由本課程希望學生瞭解規劃的步驟與程序，從周邊環境事物開始觀察、了解、 並閱讀或蒐集相關資訊，進而培養規劃設計能力，開發具有潛力的觀光與休閒遊 憩行程與景點，成為觀光與休閒產業之特色遊程設計管理人才。 Tour planning must start with the exploration, research and planning of basic sightseeing and leisure, and recreational resources.
